    Job Description

    Are you passionate about science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and computing? Do you have a knack for inspiring students to explore, excel, and innovate in these fields? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team as a STEM and Computing Instructor!
    As a K-12 STEM MATH instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering an engaging curriculum that fosters a love for STEM and computing subjects among students. You will play a crucial role in preparing students for future careers in these fields by providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed.

    The candidate for the K-12 STEM MATH Instructor will be responsible for:

    - Curriculum Development: Create and implement innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and incorporate the latest advancements in STEM and computing education.
    - Instruction: Deliver high-quality instruction in STEM and computing subjects, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to engage and inspire students.
    - Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress, providing feedback to support their growth.
    - Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and mutual respect.
    -Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and improve instructional practices.
    - Technology Integration: Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences and better prepare students for technology-driven careers.
    - Student Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to students interested in pursuing careers in STEM and computing fields.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • Proven instructional experience in education, including a teaching certification or equivalent experience
    • Proven understanding of STEM and computing principles and the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment  

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master’s degree
