    Duties and responsibilities: will vary depending on the departments needs. Duties may include, general bookkeeping, processing and reconciling transactions, accounts payable and accounts receivable, and payroll entry.

    Emergency Hire opportunities are limited to 130 calendar days of employment.

    Qualifications: Bookkeeping/Accounting experience; working knowledge of current office software such as Microsoft Word, and Excel; basic computer skills such as data entry, and spreadsheets; experience maintaining confidential records; ability to prioritize and organize multiple duties and responsibilities; strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably and respectfully with all individuals in a diverse multicultural environment.
