I had been wanting to work for Tech for a while-benefits, time off, etc. I came from banking and also wanted out of sales. I saw a cash office position open in one of the dining halls and just went for it! I got hired and stayed in that position for 3 years. I like working for dining because we get a meal voucher for lunch and even though you have a daily routine, you never know what will pop up everyday! It also gave me flexibility to work at a desk but also be able to go out and cashier and get to help the students. 

At 3 years , I moved the hiring within dining. I took the opportunity because I love working for Dining and Tech so much that I can "tell the world!" I can go to job fairs and let everyone know the benefits of working for tech. I also get to be the "first face" for dining salary folks and get to give them a positive onboarding experiance!
