When preparing for an interview, what is one thing you found that made you stand out more in this current job market?
I have conducted many interviews with numerous companies, but i feel like it has been a bit of a slog to say the least. I want to make sure i can show up ready in the ways i need to for this interview in case there was something i have been missing.

Honestly, I find that researching the company and coming equipped with your own questions is very powerful. An interview is very much a two-way street. Interviewers will ask you questions about your work ethic and drive, but you also have every right to ask them questions. It’s always best to make sure the environment is just as good of a fit for you as you are for it.
One good question to ask is: “If you were to bring me onto the team, where might you use my talents first? What problems could I help you solve by hiring me?”
