For the first month the expectations that you will likely be held to are to ensure you get all of your required training done. VT has an extensive orientation process where they direct you to the online education portal that houses all of these trainings. Also, you will want to introduce yourself to your team so that you get to know everyone you will be communicating with on a regular basis.
