One of the most rewarding projects I have contributed to was the development of a year-end reporting dashboard for tickets and forms submitted through the HR Service Center. This analysis highlighted peak submission periods, frequently asked questions, and the most common employee concerns.

Through this work, we were able to identify key trends from the past year and use those insights to develop targeted resources that address recurring issues. In addition, we strengthened collaboration with other Centers of Excellence to enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring it is more seamless and efficient. The findings also helped establish clearer expectations for both our team and the broader university, enabling us to better anticipate and prepare for high-demand periods such as May Open Enrollment and the August hiring cycle.
