I expect my team members to demonstrate initiative, professionalism, reliability, compassion, and a strong commitment to teamwork. Just as important, I expect them to keep students at the center of what we do. While our work often takes place behind the scenes, our ultimate purpose is to support the university's mission and help create an environment where students and faculty can be successful. By working collaboratively, supporting one another, and maintaining a student-focused mindset, we can provide the highest level of service and make a meaningful impact on the university community. A sense of humor also is an advantage!
