Hello!

A recent project I completed (and currently keep updated) is our office's fixed assets inventory. I work for the VPF for Finance office and it shares a suite with other finance-related areas such as Financial Management and Treasury. I track all the assets for these offices and ensure that the equipment is under warranty, who it's assigned to, and where it's located. This requires a lot of information to track, so I created a spreadsheet that tracks the assets as well as telework agreements and home use forms. The spreadsheet is available on our office's SharePoint site for anyone to view. This should be especially useful when we have our Fixed Assets Inventory audit this year (occurs every 2 years). This is a project I have enjoyed working on and it seems to be a good resource to the employees who utilize it. Happy to discuss other questions you may have.
