Caroline E.Hi there,
Success in my role is evaluated based on the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial and administrative processes. This includes managing recurring responsibilities, following established policies, and keeping documentation organized and up to date.
Strong performance is also reflected in clear communication, the ability to coordinate across different teams, and being responsive to leadership needs. An important part of the role is preparing materials for executive-level meetings, such as Board of Visitors meetings, where attention to detail and meeting deadlines are especially important.
Overall, success comes down to providing reliable day-to-day support, staying organized, and helping ensure that departmental operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Hope this helps!
