I have really been able to work on "HR" skills professionally. I have learned lots of different systems. 

But personally, I have really been able to gain social skills. I tend to be pretty outgoing once I know people, but can get shy in groups. I have really been able to step out of my shell-like attending classes by myself or joining groups around campus.
