    One lesson I’ve learned this past year is how valuable collaboration across campus can be when supporting students. When advisors, faculty, and career professionals share insights and work together, it creates a much stronger support system for students exploring majors and careers. It’s reminded me how important a collaborative campus environment is for helping students thrive.
